Ma se posso accettare più serenamente (magari anche in modo più stimolante) il mio cambiamento, forse potremmo temere di più il cambiamento attorno a noi perché in qualche modo possiamo pensare che sfugga al nostro “controllo”…
Ma è normale che sia così anche per gli altri…
